I am considering buying this drum pad. I've always wanted to play drums and I want to learn brutal death metal drumming. lots of blast beats and cool hi hats and crashes.

Do you think this is a good investment.

Honestly no. that looks like it's meant for techno and dance bullshit. aside that it also looks like it's some fisher price looking shit. my comment about price point was before I noticed it wasn't in US. still looks like cheap garbage that's a waste of money


get an electric kit instead. you can get a quality kit for a third of a that price and you will actually be able to translate those skills over to a real drum kit unlike that thing.

you could use vst on reapers or any software you have to pratice but again, if you have the place, an electronics drum might be better. Otherwise, there is a beginning everywhere!
