I have a Les Paul Epiphone in a soft case that I am going to put on eBay. I am going to ship it via UPS. Anyone have any idea what I should charge for shipping?

Also my apologies in advance is the this is the wrong section for this. Wasn't sure really to go with it.

It'll probably cost 50 bucks or more, depending on weight, dimensions and where it's going. You might grab a zip code from a few relatives around the country and get some quotes based on the packaging.

obviously you're not gonna ship it in the soft case.

50 to 60 bucks. Make sure to buy a ton of packing supplies to make sure the guitar is immobile in the case.

Thank you for the advice. I shipped a guitar with UPS previously and they packed it up and ensured nothing would happen to it. That was a Les Paul custom I had sold. It arrived to the buyer in perfect condition. Which is the reason I was thinking about going with UPS again. It's been quite a few years and I really have no idea how much it was to ship. I'm going to let them pack it up again. Last time I brought the guitar in, paid for it and they were like ok we'll take care of the rest.
