Hi
I am more used to belting Iron Maiden songs.
I am not so used to my head voice.
I am influenced by singers like Tim Ripper Owens and Rob Halford.
The problem is that my voice sounds too much like Axl Rose in the high register.
Do i sound like Axl Rose?
I recorded a clip from a Judas Priest song below.
I dont know if i use the right technique but it feels thin when i sing it.

You didn't really post much to analyze in your small audio sample but from the little bit that you sang you don't sound that far off from the target you are trying to hit. With some practice you should be able to nail the vocal style you are aiming for.

The only way to get good at a particular style of singing is to practice it. Even if you hate it now practice can solve some problems with the tone inflection or pronunciation of your singing voice.

Keep in mind that everyone has a natural vocal register which they are born with that is determined by your genetics. Some people cannot do rob halford falsettos, some people cannot do low vocals in the bass or baritone range, some people don't have the vocal shape or natural control which allows gutterals or fine control of vocal fry. Sometimes with practice you can adapt your voice to make it work and sometimes you cannot.

have you thought about taking vocal lessons? try finding a vocal coach in your city, even if they are of an operatic or choir based background they can help you find your natural range so that you can better understand what you have to work with. Then from there you can potentially avoid the pitfalls untrained vocalists fall into when they are learning or performing which causes them to permanently damage their vocal chords.
