There's some bands on here that I have been directly or indirectly involved with. There's also some bands on here from my area who I may join in the future, or have been offered to join recently.

Some of my past efforts are on the archives although I'm not on any of the recordings for those.

Pulsating Anus is on the archives, we have 2 glorious reviews, and I am on that recording! Oh, and we'll take more reviews.

Thrash/grindcore with philosophical themes ;)

Guys, cough up some more details already :P you all sound only half-assed interested, lol.

And my band isn't, yet, but my guitarist was one of the founders for Northern Shadows, a Blackened Melodic Power/Folk Metal band from Winnipeg (he was kicked out without notice or reason late 2007 and went on to form our band, Hoarfrost). Actually, genre-wise they are probably the ONLY Folk Metal band from Winnipeg

The Vala

Guitar, Classical Guitar, and Vocals. Keyboardist is on the boards too, Diamhea. And the drummer as well (though he rarely makes an appearance) - Bradtheimpaler.

Fröstskög has, by far, the coolest "corpse" paint of any band out there :D

And way to be sly, Lord Ominous ;) :p

nope.

self-promotion doesn't interest me and despite interest in my other musical endeavors my black metal project just doesn't seem to jive with enough people to warrant dumping money into a larger scale release.
additionally, i wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't considered "metal" enough, considering the lack of vocals, occasional drum-free tracks, and frequent use of organ over guitar.

Fuck yes. Personal and real, how it's supposed to be. I don't do shameless self-promotion either. I'd like a copy/sample of any of your work if it's available.

my music is definitely not kvlt or trv, nor am i... i believe i basically shrugged off any allegiance towards metal purity in my post.
if someone puts my project here on metal-archives i'm not going to complain, but no one has and i have no plans to do so.

hey prominence, e-mail me at [email protected] and i'll send you a copy of my next release. i don't have a myspace or whatever.

So far it isn't. We still haven't any physical release. But i hope that we will
manage to record some demo soon. Then we will be able to add Bequest to MA.

My progressive melodic black metal band, Kastigation, is on the archives.

Also, a band I played bass for for a couple months, Elctrikchair, is on the archives.

My band's name is the same as my nick. Although we have physical releases - self distributed CD-R's, I would not count them as proper releases because we have an incomplete line-up - no drummer. So far we do not have any recordings with Bass, Guitar, Drums and Vocals. Either bass with guitar or guitar with vocals. B + G +V coming soon, but again there will be no drums on it. So they do not count for legitimate releases.

Yes, my band is here. I wouldn't have added it myself, but it's been over ten years since our first (and so far, only) release - I just had to do it ;)

And, everyone knows having your band on here is good for promotion. This is the site people check first if they want to find info on a band.

My former band is here on the Archives; not my solo project, though. I released an album over the summer, and I'll be recording a new demo in the next two or three weeks. Probably after that, I'll add my project.

My old Death Metal band (I was the second guitarist) is on here, we've split 3 years ago.

Also, there is my project Shores of Sheol - http://metal-archives.com/band.php?id=36054 which already received quite a few reviews, thanks to the people here on the MA forums.

Material can be obtained easily in either form, physical or MP3.
