Any Korg or Roland PCM rompler from the 90's would do you fine, and a lot of the less trendy ones are dirt cheap these days. Korg N364, Korg 01W/FD, or similar.

I bought a 2000 Korg N5 for 340$ last year and it has worked great, has over 700 sounds and there all fully programable.

I have a Yamaha P-85 which is amazing, feels like a real piano, the sounds built in are fantastic however there are only about six of them. If you were to use a P-85 you'd need a VST for your purposes.

If you want the sound bank embedded in the keyboard go for a Korg, they're the best for their value in that regard for the most part

An alternative is to buy a soundless midid controller which you can plug into your computer/laptop using USB. Then either buy or torrent some software synths, such as the Komplete 5, Omnispheres, Vienne Symphonic Orchestra or the Vienna Symphonic Choirs.

When you open these synths on your computer you should be able to play the sounds using the controller and hear them through your speakers.

This approach gives yo ua lot more choice and flexibility when it comes to sounds but its harder and not so effortless.
