So as of a few days ago Confessions Of An Angry Metalhead now has it's own Facebook page! From what I'm told, I apparently can't get a real URL for a while - lame - so for now click on this link and "like" my page in order to get quicker updates on new posts and videos.

https://www.facebook.com/Confessions-Of ... izard=true

Thanks and be sure to catch my next concert story to be posted in the next few days, Ozzfest 2004 with Slayer, Judas Priest and Black Sabbath - with Halford on vocals!

New post up now. I look back at Ozzfest 2004 in Camden, NJ. On the bill were Slayer, a reunited Judas Priest and...a Halford-fronted Black Sabbath?? How??? Why??? Does it even matter because it's Halford!! But if you want to know I guess you're going to have to read the article.

I was approached by Helix Nebula from Spain about review their debut album over week ago; finally got around to it. This is for those of you who are fans of progressive death metal (I don't mean like Death's final album either).

New post up. I visited the legendary badass, hardcore, Diamond Gym in Maplewood, NJ. I even included a video of my workout. If you call yourself a serious lifter and live nearby you'll go there at least once.

So I just found out two weeks ago that an ex-guitar player of mine took his own life back in March. If you're having problems do yourself a favor and go talk to someone. Here's my tribute to him, including a cover of "Sabbath Bloody Sabbath" in his memory.

Here's my response to so-called gym playlists and lot of the shit I hear in most gyms. Time for most people to grow a pair and put on some real shit.

I became a DJ for college radio in 2004, a little over a year after I discovered this site. Here are my memories of how it all started.

Here's my tribute to Chris Cornell, as well as why his death, as tragic as it is, also marks the death of Grunge once and for all.

I'm back with my first music review in a while. Here's my take on Municipal Waste's comeback album, Slime And Punishment, and why they'd really benefit from sticking to this formula.

Here's my latest article. It's my tribute to the late, great "Fast" Eddie Clarke, the last surviving member of the classic Motorhead lineup. His guitar playing was so goddamn filthy. It's still so surreal that they're all gone now...

Here's Part 2 of my Lift With Hatred workout series. I'm begging for a bit of controversy here. If any of this offends you, you probably wear gloves to the gym, and therefore mission accomplished.
