Not to be a dink, but really? One of the most prolific and well known names in USBM is Krieg. If they were a run of the mill, single demo Usbekistani band, then having the same name wouldn't be so bad. Choosing one of the best known and respected bands from the same country just doesn't sit right with me.

oh, okay. I didn't know that there was already a band called Krieg. sorry, that is what I made my stage name, and so that is what I called my project. I'm really more into the European stuff, I've heard some usbm stuff, but the bands that I have heard, like Nachtmystium, just aren't that great, so I kind of turn a blind eye to USBM. But I understand what you are saying, if I had known, I would have chosen a different name, now I might change it still. Thanks.

Hmm.. It pisses me off when people (especially from the u.s) put down USBM and dont know shit about it other than the few lame ass popular bands like Nachtmystium and Wolves in the Throne Room. Why dont you look a bit deeper than the trendy bullshit? Do yourself a favor and check out bands like Demoncy, Krieg, Judas Iscariot, Grand Belials Key, old Absu and the like... Way better than all the "folk/nature" based shit from the countless european clones...

whatever we each have our own feelings, I posted this to ask people about my music, not make a fucking debate on USBM. I'm really just not that into it, I've heard those bands to and honestly I prefer the European stuff
