Another show is debuting on Blabberjesus Radio (www.blabberjesusradio.com) which is hosted by me. To get to the show, go to the above website, click on the Winamp icon in the upper left hand corner, and open the file in your favorite MP3 player.

The show is called Nightcast Radio and will concentrate on Christian Black Metal and its various sub-genres.

The show will run from 9pm - 11pm Eastern weekly on Saturday nights, and it is debuting on May 23, 2009.

I'm not a christian but I'm actually a fan of Horde, Crimson Moonlight and (the strangely overhated) Antestor.

Might check this out if I have nothing better to do.

Most of the hate for Antestor comes because Hellhammer recorded the drums for their albums "The Forsaken" and "Det Tapte Liv." Most people think he betrayed the Satanic metal community. He may have, since most of his music career was spent in that realm, but in reality, he could care less about religion. He did it for the money.

I've read a lot of negative reviews of The Return of the Black Death and The Forsaken, both of which are good albums that I intend to review. I can't speak for any of their other material.

Show got called after 13 tracks; way too many problems with Winamp.

I'm going to slightly modify the playlist for next Saturday's show.

A couple notes and requests.

First of all, Megan, Mark, James, and I believe we have isolated the problem from Saturday evening. Apparently, the software for my sound card hasn't been updated in about 7 months, and is WAY overdue for an update. The problem is that every time I try to install it using Windows Update, it comes back with an error code saying that the compatibility rating of my update is lower than the rating of my current version. If there's anyone solid with Microsoft Vista that can give me a hand, please let me know.

Second, I am in need of a general logo as well as a couple different banners for the show. If anyone would like to help with this, let me know as well.

Tomorrow's show is canceled. The released playlist will be slightly modified for new tracks and will be used next week.

Yeah, thats really cool for you to post on here for you biased radio show that only plays Christian bands while the rest of us with bands that are not branded "Christian" are left out. Go post somewhere else dude! I'm always looking for stations to get my band on and you have to fill this forum with ads for your biased radio station...and the worst part is you make 3 or 4 different branches of your station so anytime I get stoked about a new posting for metal radio its always one of your elitist station. Wouldn't it make sense that since you won't play anything non-christian that you should go to some goofball christian metal forum? Why post hear knowing that this is obviously not a religious metal forum? Like before I'm sure that you won't give me a clear answer...just a empty promise for one and some verbal vomit.

Secular shows often times don't allow Christian metal onto their programs, so why defend programs that are just as bias as I am. Kind of hypocritical don't you think?

Besides, secular radio stations focusing on secular metal > Christian metal radio stations. This is a metal forum, not a Christian metal forum, not a secular metal forum, a metal forum; it just so happens that it comprises of mostly secular metal. Seeing that it was a non-denominational metal forum, I decided to place an ad here.

Yeah, like there aren't tons of secular radio stations that would be biased against christian bands and not play them on the show. This is a huge metal forum and there are a fair amount christians that use the board. Quit being a retard and go have your generic band played on one of the thousands of amateur secular metal stations that are practically begging for tracks from demo bands.

Next thing you know you'll start calling the metal-archives biased for not including ska or country bands.

The problem I have with satanic music is that its sole purpose is to blow the Creator of the Heavens and Earth as well as Jesus Christ my Lord off of the throne of the universe. Seeing as it is a Christian radio station and its sole purpose is to play music that glorifies Him, I cannot permit music like that onto my playlist.

I didn't even listen to it, but theres are thousands of online radiostations that will play pretty much anything so if they couldn't get any slots anywhere and had to blame it on 'biased' religious stations they really must suck.
