i neeeed more OSDM. i only have a few bloodbath songs, and "where the slime live"... what turns e off about a lot of osdm bands is the lineup changes, if a bands really good i wanna praise the musicians yknow? and if they cant keep a guitarist for more than half a fucking album what am i to do? and when bands change vocalists is annoying.
sooo help me out here please:D

That's a tough one.

Immolation. The core of Vigna and Dolan has always been there.

Bolt Thrower, obviously. Dismember too.

Obituary, although I think they peaked way back in 1990 with Cause of Death.

Malevolent Creation has stayed pretty consistent even with the lineup changes / vocalist changes over the years.

The best stylistically old school DM band playing right now is Hail of Bullets. Although a newer band, most members have been through the DM wars and they know exactly what death metal is supposed to sound like.

Seconding Hail of Bullets.
And recommending The Grotesquery, also a newer band.

If you like it, you might enjoy Bone Gnawer too.
