Velnias - Untitled Tour EP 2010

Nice! Both tour EPs are really good, though I personally enjoy the 2011 one more. Did you end up going to the OM show?

Helstar - Burning Star

Helstar always reminds me of the winter months, for some reason. It's interesting to chart their career and see how they've gotten much more intense from point A to point B, from the NWOBHM influences on this record, to the moments on Glory Of Chaos that wouldn't be out of place on a Destruction album.

i just got these but i catalogued, de-stickered and put them in my collection before taking the photo, oops :durr:

Atrocity ‎– Atlantis [ltd ed digibook, all the song titles are written in 'code']
Darkthrone ‎– Transilvanian Hunger [uk version, an original i think, 'norsk arisk black metal' on the rear cover but apparently it's a reissue if it has the music for nations logo, so it was reissued the same year it was released]
Fantômas ‎– An Experiment In Terror [oz version, promo]
Fantômas ‎– The Director's Cut [oz glossy version with sticker on cover]
Metallica ‎– Live At Wembley Stadium London April 20th 1992 [oz version, single]
Mudhoney ‎– My Brother The Cow [us version with the whole album played backwards as the last song... like revel in blasphemy]
Overkill ‎– RELIXIV [us version on spitfire]
Powersurge - MCMXCI [european version, original 1991] *this is really good power metal/thrash?!*
Primus ‎– Brown Album [gold/brown jewel case version with cardboard sleeve]
Primus ‎– Pork Soda [original us bmg version]

unmetal
Chemical Brothers - Exit Planet Dust [european version, electro tronica]
Christian Death [Featuring Rozz Williams] - The Iron Mask [i got it because it's old, i quite like it, it's got some fairly crunchy guitars]
Cream ‎– Royal Albert Hall - London - May 2-3-5-6 05 [oz version, double live album]
Grooverider - Prototype Years [double cd, d'n'b]
Supergroove - Scorpiogirls [single, rap metal crossover stuff]

oh and maybe i got some phil collins too, maybe

There's a nice version of "Deathwish" on there, from what i recall.

Is that all you've heard from them? You need to check out "Only Theatre Of Pain", if you haven't. "Romeo's Distress" is one of the best songs ever written. Rikk Agnew of Adolescents does great guitar shit.

yeah it is, i just got it on a whim, i'm pretty keen to play it again actually, and that Powersurge
it's a bit like very old ministry stuff but less pop-like [or something]

Got a some new CDs in the mail today from a massive Amazon order:
Fates Warning - The Spectre Within (The look of the mid-90s Metal Blade reissues has to be one of my favorites. Really simplistic but not bare bones, it's just got a nice look to it, and of course it's a killer album as well)
Steel Prophet - Book of the Dead (Only $4 for a brand new and sealed copy, what a deal for a quality album)
Nightingale - I (I've had The Breathing Shadow for awhile, but I've just recently started getting into their albums. Dan Swano is a fucking musical genius)
Cynic - Focus (The original 1993 Roadrunner Press. I already had the remaster, but I've been systematically replacing the remasters of my favorite albums with the originals)
I'm taking a trip into Harvard Square to visit Newbury Comics, and more importantly, Armageddon Shop, so there's plenty more to come.

My haul of the week. I got this Rush cd for cheap at Aux 33 tours and this Terrorama promo from I Hate Records. The rest was bought at the Messe des Morts fest. I also got the fest shirt but it's in the laundry!

That's the shirt: http://img651.imageshack.us/img651/32/mdm2tshirt.jpg

Received the wrong CD in the mail

Killgasm - Bloodbath of Satanic Vengeance

Surprisingly melodic. It's a blend of black metal, grindcore, and death metal.

Terrorama have a new album! Awesome news.

Small haul, but one I greatly appreciate:

Image

Graupel/Encomium split 7"
Graupel - Als der Nebel... demo 10" (number 80/250)
Heresiarch - Obsecrating The Global Holocaust demo tape (limited to 200)

Now I have all releases by Graupel (until they release something new...).

You live in Straylia and have infinite percent more records from the local band I love than me? Fuck you... I mean... cool :metal:

Erm... I mean thanks!

What can I say? I am a huge fan of the band, some truly outstanding stuff. It has taken me a while (and some coin, though not too steep), but I'm thrilled to have all their releases in physical format. The only format.

EDIT: and I have a Graupel t-shirt to go with it all (naturally)

I envy you, man :( I live less than 100 km from their location and I haven't found a single reasonably priced offer yet. It's hard enough to find them at all.

Nevermind, I just found one on ebay.

(Open the image in a new tab for a more reasonably sized view.)

My new timeghoul shirt
toxik - think this (Vinyl, roadracer, autographed)
Buried Beneath - The last rays of the moon

Man, I can't believe I found that toxik LP on the used shelf of this local record store. Searching local record store used shelves week after week finally pays off for once. Buried beneath, I got for a steal on gemm.com, and I hardly ever find stuff on gemm.com. That 50 dollar copy on ebay was a rip off all along and I didn't buy into it [victory!].

I also have on order rippikoulu reissue digipak and the alda :tahoma: digipak. I also have been wanting some sort of agent steel unstoppable force LP or CD for some time now, I may get that next. Also, I kind of want more old school death metal shirts now.
______________________________________________________________________________________________
Anyone know where I can get reasonably priced copy of rottrevore - iniquitous (Xtreem music edition) for a good price? Also, is it possible that there's a label still selling that aspid - extravasation reissue? When are they going to make another official reissue of that?

At a nearby record shop i bought:
Mortuary Drape - Tolling 13 Knell
Judas Iscariot - Heaven in Flames

That MD album was only 6 bucks so it was a must buy for me.
