I've really been touched by a lot of minimalist classical recently, and was hoping that people knew of more composers in the same vein.
Ideally, I'm looking for drawn-out music like John Tavener's "Eternity's Sunrise", Arvo Pärt's "Silentium", and especially Ólafur Arnalds & Nil Frahm's "B1".

Anyhow, any recs would be greatly appreciated.

I love minimalism, but I can't really think of any that would fit your description other than Max Richter's The Trees http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-5chQcTBZfw and maybe Ludovico Einaudi's Eros http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NZcDuV4UaSc

Here's some other stuff you might like anyway
Dustin O'Halloran - Quintette N.1 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O50tCUdCbs0
Rachel's - Air Conditioning / A Closed Feeling http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5EFJHM1YvgU
Redhooker - Bedside http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m1_fftDDGOI
Cicada - Til the Day We Meet http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EHYPrVbEXnA
Balmorhea - Truth http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ij59zbvuHZM

When I saw the topic title, I instantly thought of Arvo Pärt's "Cantus in memory of Benjamin Britten", but as you mention Pärt in your OP, I assume you know it:

You're looking for holy minimalism: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holy_minimalism
It's not really my thing, but Gorecki and Gubaidulina are obvious recommendations. Some Hovhaness might work too.

I don't have much time to respond to everyone personally, but let me say that everything everyone has posted so far has been wonderful, and I would love to see if there's any more you can recommend me.

A winged victory for the sullen and christina vantzou would be my two favourites in this kind. They each only have one album out, so give a listen to anything from those.

Check out Erik Satie. He's a great composer and instantly came to mind when I saw the title

Thank you, friend.
That was very intense, indeed!

EDIT: And A Winged Victory For the Sullen is incredible. Thank you, I've been listening to them straight for the last few days.

No Philip Glass mentions? Shame on you people. Glass Works is my favourite of his, you cannot overlook this album.
