Following up from our previous demo, we've somewhat upped the quality both recording and songwriting-wise for a more lengthy, winding track. Additionally there's a cover of Gollum's Song / end credits from the LotR soundtrack which we think translates nicely. Like the previous, drums recorded with one (slightly less shitty than before) mic during a jam session and riffs then layered upon it. Interested to know what your opinions are.

Nice work. I'm impressed with how well you got the one mic to perform and get all of the levels right, but I guess when you used that as a bass you could kinda work around it to make the riffs mix into well. I think a full length is in order now.

As I did the first demo, I really like this one, and am definitely looking forward to hearing more.
If nothing else, 2017 has been a great year for black/doom.

Cheers you two. We're taking a break for now, though a full-length should be on its way, ideally early-to-mid 2018 if all goes to plan (which includes finding someone to print / distribute it).

I can't wait, I'll keep an eye out for the release! I almost missed out on listening since I thought this was a different Malphas that I remembered not being into. There are like half a dozen Malphi out there.
