Dementia is a bitch. Such a sad thing to see anyone go through.

RIP Malcolm.

It's just not been good times for rock lately. Everyone we grew up adoring is going.

Such a sad day. I never understood why though he always stood by the amps, walk up to do his vocals, and then go back to play. No headbanging no nothing. I guess he was told by angus don't steal his spotlight. Oh well rip 10xxxxxxx better than angus.

One of the best rhythm players, ever. Damn, way too young to pass away. What a horrible disease.

If I'm remembering correctly, according to the band's official biography, Malcolm was totally fine with his presence on stage. In the early days, he and Angus would do dueling guitar solos and the like. I like to think Mal was content doing what he did on stage, as well as Angus' own stage antics. I highly doubt there was any malice on Angus' end towards Malcolm to "not steal his spotlight".

From what I've gathered, Malcolm was a more private person, and Angus was more "cool" with the attention. Anyways, R.I.P. Malcolm Young.
