I'm desperately looking for a band that combines EDM and Metal elements.
I know it would not be real metal for many metalheads and I could agree with this but let me explain.
I've always listened to traditional and power metal. I consider melodies and choirs very important. very recently by chance I started to listen to the classical 90's style dance music and dancecore / hands up (it is a dance music style that blends the musical genres eurotrance and italodance, taking cues from even more "hardcore" sound such as the Hardstyle)
what I'm looking for combines the style of maiden or helloween, power quest for example to something like this:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4LCBo7G7LBo
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1r-bWx3WZfQ
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JjYzI5g6lSI
in a happy or nostalgic way is it even possible? where can i find something like that?
any advice is welcome :)

Can't think of anything that really fits your request, but here a few ideas.

Herrschaft is some pretty cool techno-metal.

There is also Aggrotech, and a bunch of those bands mix in metal elements. Aggrotech is also known as harsh EBM and tends to contain harsher vocals than regular EBM.

God Module

Psyclon Nine is more metallic than most.

If you like aggrotech there is a ton more, but may be too 'dark' or harsh for what you are looking for.

I really appreciate your replies, magic hammer is not bad but I can't stand the chiptune vocals, I did not know the Aggrotech so thank you AcidWorm i think I could find some bands that I like in this genre, I'm not a type of harsh vocals, the only ones
death band (Melodeath) that i listen to are arch enemy and dark tranquility and something classic, but I'm digressing. I'm still looking for the sound that i was talking about, i need more lead guitar and strog basses(sorry for my English)

You might want to do some digging within the freeform hardcore genre. Some tracks that come to mind that feature metal-esque guitars:
Solution & Ephexis - Requiem
Ephexis - Sick Seduction
Ephexis - The Ephexorcist
Horzí - The Elegy (Substanced remix)
Other than Ephexis, I can't give you any artists that routinely use metal elements in their tracks, though I'm sure there's more.

One thing to note though - you've posted Scooter and some trance song by DJ Toxic as an example of electronic music that "combines the style of maiden or helloween" - but I hear ZERO maiden/helloween/<any METAL band> music in Scooter. Yeah, they had repeated guitar riff in Fire, but that's about it, and the riff itself wasn't reminiscent of Iron Maiden at all.

The closest stuff to what you posted I can think of is actually some older eurodance like Cascada

Which also has nothing do to with Maiden or Helloween, obviously.

So it's not very clear what exactly is is you're looking for.

you're right I did not explain well. the songs I posted have nothing to do with metal in fact I was looking for something that would unite that kind of music to metal, as I said I was looking for something that combines that kind of electronic music with traditional metal (citing maiden as an example) or power metal (citing a classic band like helloween and power quests) but this was just to give some examples. thanks for answering i will listen to the songs you have proposed to me thank you again.

Is Pain too obvious? Electronics and pop choruses.

The closest I ever found to the combination of those two styles was Mortiis - The Smell of Rain. it's too bad he never followed up in that direction.

^Oh don't do that.
This was the only amazing Mortiis album and listening to it reminds me of how good he could have been but chose not to

Maybe Turmion Kätilöt, Dead By April, Rage of Light, Oomph! and Beyond All Recognition are some bands you like?

Another interesting discovery - band called Quietus that basically plays gothic metal with a great deal synth/electro parts in their music instead of usual symphonic/piano like keyboards. Released only 1 EP back in 2014 though: https://quietusofficial.bandcamp.com/releases

With how many metal/metalloid bands using electronic elements in the last decade, I'm surprised electronic metal isn't considered a thing the same way we have symphonic and folk metal.

Rate Your Music recognizes cyber metal, trance metal, Neue Deutsche Harte, and cybergrind in addition to industrial metal, which is helpful. A general "electronic metal" category would probably also be useful though for less specific strains.

MA recognizes electronic metal as a genre.

You can find a list of all electronic metal bands on the site here: https://www.metal-archives.com/lists/electronic

Yeah, but the terminology isn't as normalized in the metal community. The other problem is that the label is grouped with industrial; there are industrial metal bands without electronic sound, and there are non-industrial metal bands with electronic sound.
