Has anyone ever had any trouble with Witches Brew Records from Germany? I'm ordering online from them and their process is quite strange. You need to do a bank transfer before the goods will be sent, so it feels like buying on trust.

sending money to a seller before they send the goods does not feel odd to me though. in that sense, you always buy "on trust", don't you?

Isn't that common practice? Most sellers/shops only ship their stuff once the money arrives. Otherwise you'll probably never see your money.

You guys are right that it's common to pay in advance, but this distro will simply give you bank details or a paypal option which is a little more lo-fi than other, bigger sellers.

However, I've just received everything I bought in good time and good condition, so my experience is positive. Also, Cheryl allowed me to change payment methods after I had already placed my order, which was considerate.

I've bought from her just once but I have no complaints, and for what I've read, she's a reliable seller.
