Yeah, that Cybernetic Errosion was listed as Industrial/Heavy Metal on Discogs. Turned out that the album was some soft electronic industrial with some sort of wave music. Didn't even have guitars...

I only wanted to point out, that I have found samples and info for another three bands, towo of them are clearly not metal: Mung(hardcore) and no souls In Manchester (nnu-metal/goth´c. The band jade, about which Antioch asked, is described as hard rock everywhere and I have also found two samples of it. I have also sorted out all the obvious bands with typos from the Neseblod's list and confirmed, the the band Scurvs is the same band as the Swedish Scurvy.

I only write it down, bbecause it apparently got buried in the huge number of my updates. Also, PagAlso, if you would be so kind and add the Japanese band Maria' Solfege to the list of bands needing research, I would be really thankful, since it got sort of overlooked too. Thanks.

We know that, it didn't get buried, and we really appreciate your work in the thread. It was a busy week for me, but I'll get through that pile of new posts and attach them to the appropriate post and also look into them. Planning on doing that today, can't promise that though as I have some real life stuff to work on.

I like this Jade shit actually, thanks Witcher. Listening to those two songs, I think the music is why they didn't get submitted back then when the note was written.
Actually Sacrifice sounds like a Heavy Metal band, not really heavy/power metal:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oHAnHSMOxbg

EDIT: Pag, thumbs up for the work you've done here, mate.

No problem, take your time, I only wanted to ensure myself, that the info got noticed by the mods.

Edit: Forgot to add this one from Neseblod's list: Wynter is most probably the American Doom/death metal band Winter with their rare limited demo cassette: https://www.metal-archives.com/albums/W ... inter/7830

Jade sounds like Hard Rock to me, but having the full album might not hurt, just in case, so I'm keeping it for now ;)

Mung sounds like hardcore, could be metal enough, hard to tell from the live samples, but at least we have something.
Found a mirror of their homepage, seems like they have a rather big discography:
https://web.archive.org/web/20130818054 ... .webs.com/
Their Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/MUNGwpg/
ReverbNation: https://www.reverbnation.com/mung1
Discogs: https://www.discogs.com/artist/2767213-Mung-6
I went through their discography on ReverbNation -> all punk/Hardcore with some thrash and groove songs here and there.

Scurvs - seems that way, deleted.

Thelmno - Chelmno confirmed. They even appear as Chelmno on the Neseblod homepage and the info fits.

Lords Of The Grief = Lords ov The Grief. Tracklist fits, album title fits, lineup fits. band is pelled "ov" on the j-card, but "of" on the tape itself. Removed from the list.

Avadon = Abadon, might be true, there's one Abadon with a 1996 demo
https://www.metal-archives.com/albums/A ... rno/263749

Akeron = Acheron. No. It's spelled Akeron on the image of the j-card on the neseblod site. Sadly.

Tstragramaton = Tetragrammaton. Don't think so. release years don't match, but might be another mistake on neseblod's end. Better keep it.

Edit:
USSR: I think those are actually 2 bands judging from a comment under the "Live Near Death" video.
One USSR was that punk band from UK and one was a solid thrash metal band from the US, one of the members was Tony Trujillo
https://www.metal-archives.com/artists/ ... llo/492949
and one member now plays in Trial by Combat: https://www.metal-archives.com/bands/Tr ... 3540370012
According to the comment USSR is short for United Scumbags of Santa Rosa.

Going to contact that band.
->confirmed that, gonna ask them for more info.

No Souls In Manchester - Agreed. What a weird mixture.

Regarding The Motown - Was added by our fellow BuriedUnborn to Discogs, owned by none. Still unknown if it was officially released or anything.

-----

Guess I took care of everything up until now.

Thanks a lot for the update.

You forgot Winter/Wynter, but it has time.
I found an last.fm page of I Ruinerna Av Mig Själv, it has only a minimal info, but as you have said, it is better than nothing: https://www.last.fm/music/I+Ruinerna+av+Mig+Sj%C3%A4lv
Here are some demo titles for the bands from Naseblod's list:
Excubitor thou art-promo tape orginal.pris:100 nok/16.99 dollar
Wedan-Suddenly one day..orginal demo tape 1990.RARE.BID/BUD
Mortorigis-The darkened palace orginal reh nr24/50 copys.a gift to maniac/signed to maniac.BID/BUD
Almost funeral-Nearly funeral orginal demo tape number 5.NORGE.BUD/BID
Face the reality-Don`t belive the hype orginal demo tape 1996.pris:150 nok/24.99 dollar
Stealer of souls-s/t.orginal demo tape old.NR 23.NORGE.BUD/BID
Evil kebab-Hjernepine orginal demo tape 1990.NORGE.BUD/BID
Burn by tears-A path through..orginal tape 1998.pris:150 nok/24.99 dollar
Tstragramaton-orginal demo tape 1993 BUD/BID
R.A.S.-Sackrotte orginal demo tape 1987 GERMANY BUD/BID
Wyver/Mortifer 2 in on orginal demo 1995 SWEDEN BUD/BID
Winter night overturn-1995-1996 2 in one RARE BUD/BID
Allegro rubato/Nightside kingdom-2 in one MEGA RARE NORGE BUD/BID
Notes: Wyver/Mortifer is apparently a split album, I wonder, if the band's name is really Wyver or Wyvern?
Allegro Rubato /Nightside Kingdom is a split album of two bands.
Winter Night Overture releae apparently contains two demos.
I left the price tags as they were, because trying to remove would mean another hour of work...
I have also noticed, by whom the Motowns album was added, that would mean, that the owner of Swoss Melodic Rock is ready to communicate and share some info. Good news, since he owns also the albums by Edison and Jade.

In reference to the Nesblod list update from the last page, we can make a few more changes to it. I attempted to purchase a few of the cheaper releases on that list back in 2016, and had him come back to tell me he either 1) no longer had or 2) couldn't find the following:

    -Arktogaa
    -Excubitor
    -Psalm=1
    -Stanka
    -Wynter

Truthfully, it did take nearly 5 months of regularly emailing/Facebooking him to get any sort of update before I finally gave up on him, so I can't confirm if they are actually no longer available, or if he was just too lazy to look for them.

Huh? Thought I removed them already... Seems like I only updated the post with a shiny "Not metal."
Fixed.
Also seems like I need to add the related comments to the original Neseblod post (and update the post, while I'm at it...)

Soo. Divine Clarity answered me. According to the band, the demo was only released as a stream on Soundcloud and all downloads from torrent sites as well as a youtube stream were never officially sanctioned. They are however currently recording their debut album, so they might end up on the site anyway once it's released.

Thanks a lot, Azmodes. On a related note, the band Dizzy (Swe), which was posted in this thread by you and also another user, iis also listed at FWOSHM with their demo. Janne Stark apparently owns the tape and there are scans of the cassete itself. His version has apparently nocover and he asks , if somebody knows, if the demo was released with a cover or not. My Question: Would this info be enough to get the band accepted or is the missing cover a major problem?

Added. Inhuman Humor
Spoiler: show
- (Portland, Oregon, USA; Black Metal)Side project of Bizarre Culprit of the CW Production scene/record label. Featured on a split with Cirrhus here. This distro blurb says that Inhuman Humor "still retains the same melodic style and disposition as other CW bands," so I think it's safe to assume it's metal, but I've been searching for samples and can't find any. The tape is still available from that distro for $6 if anybody wants to buy it.

I'd really like to have a bit more information about the tape first. Where he got it from, for starters.

Regarding Wyver: I can say with high probability bordering on certainty, that the band is in fact the Swedish band Wyvern. The most important fact- their origianl guitarist Jonas Berndt has also played in Mortifer, other Wyvern band members have also played in black metal bands and Wyvern have some rare demos rleased before their demo album. The 2 in one remark does not always mean a split album, but it can be a double demo package made by the Neseblod owner or the source he got it from. See here: https://www.metal-archives.com/artists/ ... rgon/35976
The name Wyver looks like an obvios typo and I could not find any info about a band of such name. The expression has also nno meaning in any language known to me. The Neseblod entry also makes it clrar, that both "Wyver" and Mortifer are Swedish bands.

Regarding Wyver....probably yes, seems to be a very likely thing. Removing them.

Didn't want it to look like a random merge, Paggie. ;)
I usually file a report "for reference only" and close it, but I thought - seeing how you'd been managing this thread - that the info belonged here more than anywhere else.

According to this https://www22.big.or.jp/~yunisan/vi/mariasolfege.html site which usually is fairly useful, Maria' Solfege released one live-distributed video tape in 30 copies. That is obscure enough for there to not exist any references online, and so that piece of information is nearly useless.

It is plausible that the band released a demo tape, as many bands did at the time, especially in order to land deals for compilations and stuff; I would even go so far to say that it is implausible that they didn't. The problem is that I still can't find a good reference to any.

If further samples are required to add this band, I think that adding this band would be impossible for now.

The band has released one song on the Punishment Party Vol. 5 compilation, which was released on Cd in 2002.
Since most of the bands on this compilation have released at least some physical demos or singles, an info on whether Maria solfege has also some physical rleases outside of that compilation, iinfo about such releases, if they exist, their exact tracklisting and also song samples would be greatly appreciated.

TThanks for the iinfo. I wanted you to know, that I appreciate every bit of additional info provided for "my" bands here, even if they still do not lead directly to the acceptance of saidband. Your info is still useful, since we now know, that the band had at least one physical release and a possible demo release. I have waited for some months for aan expert on Japanese/visual kei band to show up in this thread and I am glad , that finally someone like that has appeared. TThere are namely more Japanese bands, which were originally submitted by me, but rejected for lack of info, in this thread. Since you know some useful pages in Japanese, I would be very glad, if you could help me with following bands:
viewtopic.php?p=2793211#p2793211 Ckroll
Kitsunebi, Gideon Knights, Glace, Eve, Jéz, Eroticism, Hot Coke, Idare and Teen Sprits. All of these bands have reportedly released at least a demo or a (physical) single:

This is fine, since the demo length does not matter anymore and the release is not a digital single. So ny Advice would be to submit the band straight away and let the mods listen to the music and decide. So, this is a good proof: https://voidoftorment.bandcamp.com/releases

Regarding Nihilant: I think, that the music is clearly death metal, so the only problem is, that the band has only rleased some digital singles. In that case, there is no need to post it here, you can just keep them in your drafts and watch their official pages, until they release a multiple tracks digital release or a physical rlease. i you think, that hey may have also some other, valid releases other than just the digital tracks, you should really specify yyour question in your post.

PD: I want to thank Witcher! :) Thank you again! hah.

Yesss, done Witcher :)
Yeah my bad about Nihilant.. They got just digital singles with no distribution or anything.

Riffless grind. - Blast Bitch
Spoiler: show
- Grindcore/Death Metal
from Argentina (Buenos Aires)
Ariel Drums
Constanza Samhain Vocals
Emyl Jimenez Bass (2018-present)
Pely Macchi Guitars (2018-present)
See also: Indisposed, Narcolepsia

Got rejected and Mutant said ------> "You submitted with a mega.nz download link. That can be a valid form of distribution, but we need some sort of proof that the band publicly linked to that somewhere on their social media. (If you received that privately from the band, it doesn't count.) If the band did not announce that there was a download link available, then by our standards they don't have a valid release."

Well the link is also here: https://metalbrutalargentino.blogspot.c ... -2017.html
Anonymous girl/guy published almost on the bottom of the post: https://mega.nz/#!cBUBHAiY!UBYJ7Seu0RKM ... oRPK8f1j-E
And nowadays on the underground Argentinian metal is really hard to get a download link with the full album if it's not some of the band who published it. Cheers

You can include it in your submission and submit the band, explaining the situation in the field for mods, since this is certainly an official source. Small hint.: If the band has a Youtube or Facebook page, always go through it and look for such official announcements of albubum downloads. A lot of bands mention their digital releases there. Wooow How couldn't I see that? I'm a potential blindtard xd. Seriously Witcher thanks from my heart.

Added. - Twatrot
Genre: Brutal Death Metal
Lyrics: Gore (xP)
Country: United States
Formed in: 2005
Active > 2012-present (as Nephrectomy)

Members:
Devin Tauber Bass, Vocals (2005-?)
See also: ex-Expurgate, ex-Nephrectomy
Jaymes Grundmann Vocals, Guitars, Drum Programming (2005-?)
See also: Dragging Entrails, Nephrectomy, ex-Entrenched Ingurgitation, ex-Expurgate, ex-Urophagia, Block Watch, Breathing Tumor, Ensewagement, Short Fuse 59, ex-$lutrot, ex-Cerebral Incubation, ex-Intestinal Alien Reflux, ex-Intracranial Butchery, ex-Vomit Slaughter (live), ex-Habitual Defilement, ex-Cum of God, ex-Twatrot

Demo 2008

1. Grinding Genitals Into A Viscous Paste
2. Preteen Pelvic Puncture
3. Choke The Fucking Cunt
4. Cumsoaked Training Bra

Demo 2010

1. Load Blasted Esophagus
2. Splitting Slut Skulls

On the bandcamp we see on the photo a physical format under Nephrectomy CD and the tracks are specified but this is not sufficient.

Note says: "hmmm, unless you can proove that the demos were distributed, the fact that they are released on the Nephrectomy compilation CD won't be enough to allow this band, since the songs were released as Nephrectomy." I didn't find anything else yet...
