CDs:

Blade Killer - High Risk, Pretty rad new old school heavy metal. Kind of like very very old Iron Maiden.
Extremity - Coffin Birth, Solid slab of dirty death metal.
Septic Tank - Rotting Civilisation, Pretty cool Discharge-esque death/thrash. Recommended if you like the style.

Just bought Virgin Steele - Invictus off eBay. The cuts I'm listening to on Amazon are too epic and powerful for me not to buy it. I've figured out what the big hole in my metal collection has been. Probably have to grab the two before it as well but starting with one to really focus on.

Fuck, I'm hooked since I had to add Virgin Steele - The House Of Atreus Act 1 to the collection on CD. Two VS records on the way!

Shaun of the Dead (Original Motion Picture Score)
Bone Tomahawk (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack)
Motorhead - No Sleep 'til Hammersmith
Judas Priest - Sad Wings of Destiny
Triumph - Thunder Seven

Scald - Will of the Gods is Great Power

Image

Dio - California Flower Hour

This bootleg is my favourite thing I've ever found in a record store. Complete with spelling mistakes, hilarious cover, incomplete track listing, and blank LP labels, this thing was too good to pass up. It was pricey, but worth it.

Strictly Metal:
Heathen Foray - Inner Force

Image Image

Melodeath with some viking/epic/old gods lyrics. Very catchy and fast riffs and amazing powerful choruses.
I think they deserve more attention, and they have some songs in german which I find great, even one song on this one (Mei Laund) is in styrian dialect.

Ordered yesterday, yet to come:

KLV - Valkeus, MLP
Beherit - H418ov21.c, tape
Spiritus Mortis - The God Behind the God, cd

Maybe it's time to begin to listening some tapes again, because I found out I have a fairly good cassette player I've never used.

Speaking of tapes:
Internal Bleeding: Invocation of Evil
Internal Bleeding: Perpetual Degradation

I already had them on CD as part of the compilation Alien Breed, but the temptation to add them on cassette when they were reissued was too great to pass up.

Lots of progressive rock lately, as that's mainly what I'm into these days.

maudlin of the Well - Part the Second (saw Blood Music finally reissued it last year and had to scoop it up)
Porcupine Tree - Lightbulb Sun
Porcupine Tree - In Absentia
Porcupine Tree - Deadwing
Subterranean Masquerade - Vagabond
Steven Wilson - Insurgentes
Steven Wilson - Grace for Drowning
Steven Wilson - The Raven That Refused to Sing
Steven Wilson - Hand. Cannot. Erase.
Yes - Close to the Edge (2013 Steven Wilson remaster)

Lots of fucking excellent music right here.

Last MANY hauls, together:

Spoiler: show
Image
Eyehategod - Take As Needed For Pain
Acid Bath - When the Kite String Pops
Tristania - Illumination
Triptykon - Melana Chasmata

Image
Powerwolf - Blessed & Possessed
Eternal Winter - Within the Castle Shadowgate
Iron Savior - Dark Assault
Blind Guardian - At the Edge of Time

Image
Epica - The Holographic Principle
Lordian Guard - Woe to the Inhabitants of the Earth (2018 High Roller Records deluxe edition)
Lordian Guard - Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God (2018 High Roller Records deluxe edition)

Image
Billy Squire - Don't Say No (my introduction to Billy Squire, aside from The Stroke. After listening to this, not a fan)
Creedence Cleerwater Revival - Green River
Creedence Clearwater Revival - Pendulum

Image
UFO - Phenomenon
UFO - Force It
Ted Nugent - Cat Scratch Fever (my introduction to Ted Nugent other than the title track and Stranglehold. This album didn't really grab me)
Uriah Heep - Fallen Angel (progarchives rates this album pretty low in their discography, so I was surprised I liked it as much as I did)

Image
Joe Bonamossa - Dust Bowl (my first Joe Bonomossa album. Not bad.)
The Pretty Reckless - Going to Hell (The only Pretty Reckless album I think that is good enough to own)
Gov't Mule - Life Before Insanity
Gov't Mule - The Deep End Volume 1 (these two are my introduction to Gov't Mule, so far not a fan... it doesn't help these albums are too long)

Image
Enid - Munsalvaesche
Enid - Abschiedsreigen
Cradle of Filth - Hammer of the Witches
Diabolical Masquerade - Death's Design

Image
Age of Taurus - The Colony Slain
Iron Void - Excalibur
Crimson Dawn - In Strange Aeons
Angel of Damnation - Heathen Witchcraft

Image
Cathedral - Forest of Equilibrium 2018 reissue (Good sound quality, but I'm disappointed in the packaging. Digipak, with literally no inserts, and no folding panels. The back of the front cover is just a shadow-y band pic. The only text on the back cover is the track listing).
Pentagram - Relentless 2005 reissue. I've already had the 1993 CD original for many years, but thought I'd pick this up when I saw it used. One good thing is the "ALRIGHT" towards the beginning of Death Row is no longer way the fuck louder than the entire rest of the album anymore, unlike the 1993 version I have).
Pentagram - First Daze Here: The Vintage Collection 2016 remaster
Pentagram - First Daze Here Too: The Vintage Collection 2016 remaster (both these remasters vastly improve these collections, imo)

Image
Mood - The Fourth Ride of Doomanoids
Mood - Slow Down
Mood - Wombocosmic
Ningen-Isu - Ijigen no Houkou (saw this on Amazon, from Amazon itself, not a marketplace seller, for less than $20. Said it was the last one too. Had to snatch it up. This is my first Ningen-Isu album. Really good shit).

Image
Alms - Act One
Earthride - Something Wicked
Lucifer - Lucifer II
Burning Saviours - Death

Image
Devil - To the Gallows
Iron Man - I have Returned
Midryasi - Black, Blue & Violet
Witch Mountain - Witch Mountain

Image
Black Moth - Anatomical Venus
Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats - Wasteland
Windhand - Grief's Infernal Flower
Electric Citizen - Sateen

Image
Yomi - Genpei
Moonsorrow - Jumalten aika
User Ne - Tarantos
User Ne - Nibelum das Uhört

Image
Вихор (Vykhor) - Шлях крізь віки
M.A.I.M. - Manere Ombre Briscole
Mjød - Пепел времён

Image
Orphaned Land - The Never Ending Way of ORwarriOR CD + DVD
Dolmen - Anhelos Ancestrales
Омела (Omela) - Хрустальная сторона

Image
Cruachan - Folk-Lore
Aeterna - Легенда начинается
Plemя - Enūma Eliš (Pretty damn sure this and the above Aeterna CD are bootlegs from the same bootlegger. The sad thing is I got these from amazon.com, and actual Amazon themselves, not their marketplace. :nono: )

Image
Battleroar - Battleroar
Battleroar - Age of Chaos
Battleroar - Codex Epicus
Holy Martyr - Darkness Shall Prevail

Image
Antonio Giorgio - Golden Metal: The Quest For the Inner Glory
Thunder Rider - Tales of Darkness & Light - Chapter II
Etrusgrave - Tophet
War Dance - Wrath For the Ages

Image
Night Demon - Darkness Remains
Jag Panzer - The Deviant Chord
Tyrant - Legions of the Dead 2018 Shadow Kingdom Records remaster
Tyrant - Too Late to Pray 2018 Shadow Kingdom Records remaster (Finally, FINALLY someone was able to make this album sound good sonically. I've never heard it on vinyl, but this is the fourth edition of the CD I've owned and the only one that sounds good sonically. And at least two of those other editions I've had were remasters).

Image
Attack - Seven Years in the Past
Adramelch - Irae Melanox deluxe edition

I ordered this, as well. I haven't received it yet but I got it from Soundage Productions, so hopefully mine won't be a bootleg. What gives you that indication that they're a bootleg?

They’re probably amazon licensed burn on demand CDs. While technically not bootlegs, any good bootleg is going to look better. All amazon gives you is the front cover with a dumb little border around it. The rest is amazon cut and paste tracklists etc

Oh, you're going to love this...

Accoding to MA, Soundage is the label the Plemя album was officially released on, so you'll have no problem like this.

Well at least it is "official," apparently, so I guess the band profits, which is good... But you get what you pay for, I guess. They were both less than $10.00 each. Now I know when I see something way too cheap sold by amazon I should look a bit more closely.
