needs a lot more practice and tightening up and I assume that's just basically an intro and the first verse cause that's all there is. that's not a song.

also the whole breath in and breath out portion you did. take that out. I don't need to hear you breathing whatever you were doing does nothing for the composition

I like the riffing but I think the rhythm and bass could be mixed a little differently and raised a bit. Doing some walking basslines could make the song sort of interesting as well but just try to make the song longer in how you write it. think about the lyrical themes of the song and build a progression from there.

Not too bad. It does sound the intro verse of an entire song though and there are some flaws in the mix. Good nonetheless.

Yeah i tried experimenting with the vocals. Kinda like Attila or Kvarforth. I am not good with mixing. It comes from Reaper.

So for mixing a tips are to equalize each track to different frequencies so they aren't clipping over eachother. Also pan your tracks to not overlap. A lot of people record two versions of each instrument and then we make a copy of each so that there is some thickness to the instrument. I like to have one of each leaning towards both sides, one side being louder than the other. use equalizers and maybe compression vsts to make the vocal track as pure as you can, and then make a few copies of it until it sounds thick enough. If you feel you need to use a distortion vst on the vocals to because sometimes they can sound significantly thinner on the recording than it did to you. I don't know anything about recording drums honestly I will admit. But overall play around with eqs and panning to give your track some thickness while making sure you can still make everything out how you want.

I could try mixing it and point out any changes I make to you, if you want.

At the start the shriek should've been a tad bit longer, just for a few seconds, and a tad bit downtoned.

You could've used a tiny echo effect as well but it's not necessary.

Vocals - I like the vocals where it sounds like breathing through teeth as oppossed to the shout-like vocals. Overall you need a consistency. You have the vocals, just don't go high low high low high low, maintain it and gradually shift. Keyword is gradually.

Instrumentals are fitting for black metal. I don't want to say more about instrumentals before I hear you fixing the lack of lyrics and unmaintained vocal style.

Can I hear another attempt soon?
