The band released a 2 song demo in 1985. Only in ecuador, very underground.

You should provide some samples of the band... The mods will not know if you don't add any further information.

Is this the band that you're taking about?

My abandoned projects:
Deathrall : Black Metal
GrindOfKaczka : Grindcore/Powerviolence

1) there's no Abraxas on the blacklist, so you're free to submit.
2) afaik your previous submission lacks proof of the release which is why you posted it here:

A demo without any photos on Discogs that is owned by no one istn't pretty convincing.

I know you usually submit some really rare/forgotten bands from South America, CBRVE, so if you have any scans, reviews, or interviews from zines, that might work, as well. We've accepted quite a few bands based on the totality of circumstances, so feel free to submit it if you find the appropriate information.

Changing this one to green, since it can be submitted, because it was, erm, never blacklisted.
damn I think ive already heard everything

Just a technical note: It seems, that the demo had three songs and not just two, and that the third song was unnamed. I believe, that the third song is the unnamed instrumental track in their ssoundcloud profile. Please see my report for details:
