So I wonder if Pestilence will do Consuming Impule set - they are doing a tour with it on january in europe.
Mgla is on live shows rampage in 2019, they have booked 85 shows for 2019. New album won't be released before NDF but I've been told that there might be some new songs in set.

Anyone here have been to the fest already? Im going there first time. I found that there are very few accommodation options in Tilburg, are there any night trains or buses to Eindhoven? It would be easier to find a place to stay there in reasonable price.

there will be a festival camping thats where i will stay too. I assume it will be the same camp site as for Roadburn and that location works quite well.
Its generally a p good fest with some of the best sound you can hope for. The lineup is getting progressively weaker every edition but i still think its worth going.

In 11 years NDF (this+predecessor Neurotic Deathfest, same venue) I haven't missed a day, so I got tickets when the date was announced. Hotels and B&B's are present in Tilburg, but they sell out soon after the second or third batch of bands is announced. An NDF camping would be a novity, even to me.

The exact order and times that each band plays will not be available until a later date.

they do not open the main balcony anymore? is there a reason for this
there seems to be less people going, why is this?

I was there just to see Intestine Baalism, who were amazing! But I didn't see much else, so I can't really comment on the festival as a whole

they didnt sell that many tickets and thus closed the balcony. I guess none of the headliners really drew in people. Its still happening again next year.

i enjoyed it still. being less busy was good in a sense
you could get around easy!

some good bands, seen a lot for the first time
Deicide was a bit of a let down, they were just going through the motions
hope it keeps going, i like the time of year it's at and the fact i don't have to camp :p

I loved Grave Miasma best. Unleashed bashed the stage pretty well and Vomitory was great. Here's my story:

New date is to be announced soon. I sure will have my Netherlands Deathfest anniversary  With Neurotic pending, it was my 10th year in a row.
