Anybody got some recommendations for depressive death/doom?
Was thinking like this song https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZJUGK3Em5R4 but possibly with more distant/reverb vocals, can also be somewhat atmospheric or influenced by black metal as long as it stays slow and gloomy.

All other Ophis' albums are worth it, and even better than this latest one, I'd say, especially the first two full-lengths.
Treurwilg sound rather strickingly like a sludgier Ophis.
Aporya is a straighter death doom band with one album under the sleeve that shows some Ophis-like darkly aggressive edges.

But if you searching really dark stuff, influenced by BM, I recommend rather Ataraxie/Funeralium. Funeralium sounds even better than their sister-project imo.

There's a band called Aphotic that's like a less romantic early Katatonia.

A new project, hard to pingeonhole; there's doom in it for sure. It reminds of The Ruins of Beverast and Urna. Any one into complex, proggy dark doomy music should check this out:
