Anyone knows what's a good budget guitar for Punk Rock and Thrash ?

I'm thinking to pick a custom Dual Humbucker Stratocaster for my guitar, also please don't bully me since I'm a new guy with guitars

Hmm, maybe an Epiphone SG or LP?

As for the amp, I'd recommend a Blackstar ID Core or a Fender Mustang if you're going for solid state, which I assume you are. You likely won't need distortion, as they have gain and effects built in.

Schecters are good for bigger people, and LTD EC models are brilliant for people who benefit from the shorter scale length. I wholeheartedly endorse ESP LTD EC-256, it's an excellent guitar for the price (350€ in Europe).

I've been playing an Ibanez Rg120 for about 8 years now. I love the dirty chugging capabilities, but it also cleans up well enough during arpeggios to hear the notes without sounding TOO clean. Schecter and Epiphone are also really good.

I might avoid BC Rich though. I've seen a couple really good ones, but quite a few pieces of shit with a warped neck (brand new) and crappy fretboards.

just pick up anything for 100 bucks you are comfortable with.
it's all personal preference. check pawn shops. I've gotten jackson platniums for 40 bucks, I've gotten Epiphones for 30 bucks cause the look like shit but play fantastic.

pedals. quick and easy get a beringer hm300. it's an HM2 clone you can get for brand new for 20 bucks.

little practice combo. anything under 50 bucks with that pedal will get you recording immediately,

you can pretty much get tracking for 100 bucks. minus the mic and capture device that's worthy of demo to be pressed to cd or tape
