I'm looking for a new interface that has 1/4" (guitar lead size) audio out to go into some monitors I got my hands on.

I was looking at the Native Instruments 2 Komplete https://www.native-instruments.com/en/products/komplete/audio-interfaces/komplete-audio-1-audio-2/

I was going to buy one off Amazon, but they are out of stock. I've been using a Tascam for years and never had a problem, so I don't know what brands to start looking at. Any recommendations or suggestions would be appreciated!

I think the Focusrite Scarlet series have jack outputs, they're some of the best on the market.

Don't be limited by 1/4" outputs on an interface - you can get cables with different connections and adaptors if you need to.

You can use cables that are XLR to 1/4". you don't need a specific interface.

This is correct. A lot of interfaces also just have 1/4" to save space as well. Most of the 8+ i/o interfaces I've had have mostly been 1/4".

Thanks for the input guys. My tascam is RCA out (I think that's what it's called, the red and white outputs), it didn't even occur to me that you could get RCA to XLR or 1/4''.

Checked amazon and there were plenty to choose from. Thanks for saving me at least a hundred bucks!

Just be very careful about the gain especially with RCA.
