The band also released a self-titled album in 19984, which features the song City eyes:

Thanks Witcher! Upon further research, it turns out Seven Wishes is Love Child under a different name. I was able to find audio for one other song which is most definitely metal. However, I don't know if two songs off a 12 song full length is enough to cut it.

The live video, which I have posted, is from 1994, so it certainly does feature some more songs form the debut album. I think, that this, together with tthe two studio songs, could be enough to prove their metalness. The style is pretty much the samsame as that of Sven Wiches. As somebody on the Heavy Harmonies forum said, like a heavier Dokken or a more commercialized Sword:

Needs research. - Lucifer
Genre: Metal?
Location: Germany?
Label: Fireline Records

Symphonies by Lucifer was featured as an upcoming release by Fireline Records some time around the mid '90s, but seeing that nothing related to this band or their music has surfaced anywhere online, the album could have been announced but never released. It's not even known where this band/project was from, but presumably Germany or another German-speaking country.

More punk than metal. - Ghost
Spoiler: show
Genre: Heavy Metal/Punk
Location: Japan

Apparently this is a heavy metal/punk solo project by a guy who played in both G.I.S.M. and Ghoul. They only released one full-length in 1993 entitled "Go Go Brainshakes". I could only find one song from the album, but it sounded decently metal to me. I'll link it below along with the discogs page and the artist behind the project.

Contacted the guy who runs the studio where this was recorded.
That demo was recorded 11-11-91 and the guy still has the master tape.
But he neither wants to digitize it nor send the songs to anyone who's not a band member due to legal reasons mostly.
He also wasn't able to provide a contact, sadly.

Needs research. - Abszess
Genre: Death Metal (? could be anything really, this is based on the other Abszess)
Location: Bochum/Lünen, North Rhine-Westphalia (Germany)

I found a demo that was linked to the entry of Abszess from Hesse that doesn't belong to them.
Asked the band about it and they said they never heard of it nor release it, because the band split up 3 years before this was supposedly released.
So I reached out to the producer of the demo and he said the band was from Lünen, North Rhine-Westphalia.

I don't think he knows anything else that might lead to something, so here's all I got:

Spawn of Chaos (demo, 1996?)
1. Hell on Earth
2. Distant Red Light
3. Through This Flesh
4. Omen of Injustice

A random Myspace page:
https://myspace.com/abszess

Featured on this comp:
https://www.musik-sammler.de/release/no ... d-1111364/
but the entry at Musik-Sammler is mixed with two other Abszess bands, the one from Hesse and some random punk band.

Lacks both samples and proof for VR.

Please, remove the bands TNK and No mercy from Hochmössingen form the list, since thy have now both been accepted.
https://www.metal-archives.com/bands/TNK/3540473161
Aso , could Paganiusi or another moderator please listen to the songs by the band apathy from the link, which I have posted?
I namely think, htat the band is predominantly hardcore punkbased, with only slight heavy metal influences in the soloing. The alternative influences , mentioned in the review, are certaily also present in their music. om

Needs research.- Iwatchedherdie
Genre: Deathcore/Metalcore
Location: Phoenix, Arizona, USA
This band released an EP that was deemed acceptable by the mods but however we aren't sure if the EP has any valid releases, since right now it seems like it was only released on MySpace. I did find some mp3 sites that are selling them but they seem to be really shady and it is unknown if they even have legal permission to sell the music.
Here are the two sites I found:
https://www.mp3million.com/download/IWATCHEDHERDIE
https://www.iomoio.com/album/43732_iwat ... nload.html

YouTube link to the EP:

If anyone can find any other possible valid releases of this EP, that would be great.

This is the earliest archive of their MySpace, which is before their 2008 album came out. It also says on here "Buy tracks directly from this artist." Since this was before their 2008 album, does this imply that they digitally sold their 2006 EP, making it a valid release?

PaganiusI wrote:
Eh, could just be a bunch of random songs that were later marketed as an EP by various download blogs without the band considering it to be one.

On this video, a YouTube commenter says "What album is this from? I got both albums and none of them have this badass song." It's a YouTube comment but it's also from the time period. I don't see how the other album he's referring to (since he says "both albums) wouldn't be this EP, since there's only one other album from this band. Is this sufficient evidence?

PaganiusI wrote:
Probably, yes.
But I contacted the band and they confirmed they printed a run of 50 CD(r)s for the EP which might even be what that comment was referring to rather than a digital rip, but I dunno.
Either way, Stealth can submit this now.

Actually GuardAwakening made the appeal initially. Although Stealth did seem to have been the one that brought the band up again. Nonetheless I wasn't aware that someone who wasn't the original submitter shouldn't make the research post. Sorry about that. Should I delete the post?

Guards appeal had been dealt with, then Stealth made a new one in the topic.

No problem, but usually the guy who brought them up should get time to deal with it. Only when he clearly abandoned it, you're free to pick it up ;)
Nah, it can stay, that doesn't matter mich :D

An interesting deathcore band from the sovereign country of kangaroos, which I found on YouTube. Well, all I need is physical or digital proofs regarding their "self-titled" EP from 2008. Since on their own Myspace they announced another EP on August 9th, 2009, which never came out since in October they were still writing it. Then, I made the decision to want to post them here.

Last known lineup:
Brodie - Vocals (2008-?)
Julian - Guitars (2008-?)
Matt - Guitars (2008-?)
Mikal - Bass (2008-?)
Luke - Drums (2008-?)

According to the drummer, the self-titled EP was released digitally but with a Mediafire link. This clarification serves and is enough as a proof to add the band?

I am not able to find the full album somewhere and judging from the samples, I would say it is somewhat borderline.

What a piece of junk -- it was quite painful to listen to the release. I do not see this as being metal, but maybe a mod would disagree.

Lyrical themes: ?
Year of formation: 2005
Years active: 2005-2010 (as Iwatchedherdie)
2010-present? (as The Artifact)
Label: Independent

Easy and simple. All I need is VR proof of their first and last self-titled EP released in 2006, since even though there is VR proof of their debut album, the band was rejected and blacklisted only based on the album exactly the other year.

Last known lineup:
John Tooth - Drums (?-2010)
Colby Sixx - Keyboards - (?-2010)
Nate Butcher - Vocals (?-2010)
John Arnold - Guitars (2009-2010)
Brandon Roberts - Guitars (?-2010)
Ryan Murgatroyd - Bass/Vocals (?-2010)

Past members:
Mike Saban - Vocals (?-2008)
J.J. Keo - Bass (?-2008)
Ted Shively - Guitars (?-2008)
Corbin Heath - Bass (2008-2009)
Josh Griffith - Guitars (2008-2009)
Shannon - Bass (2009-?)
Elliot Carter - Guitars, Vocals (2008-?)
Joey Milosevich - Vocals (2008-?)

If anyone can find any other possible valid releases of this EP, that would be great.

http://web.archive.org/web/200710140119 ... chedherdie
This is the earliest archive of their MySpace, which is before their 2008 album came out. It also says on here "Buy tracks directly from this artist." Since this was before their 2008 album, does this imply that they digitally sold their 2006 EP, making it a valid release?

Eh, could just be a bunch of random songs that were later marketed as an EP by various download blogs without the band considering it to be one.

So it's not evidence of a valid release? Well I guess the only was to find out is to contact the band members. I don't use Facebook so I can't do that, but however I might try to find them on other social media platforms if I get the time.

To me this sounded like a similar case as that Among the Devoured band.

Similar, yeah.
But for AtD we have confirmation that what was on Myspace was actually considered to be an EP, for Iwhd we don't. (Sadly)

Okay so I think I may have found decent (if informal) evidence for the Iwatchedherdie EP being validly released.
https://youtu.be/vKhMrPKhHZk
On this video, a YouTube commenter says "What album is this from? I got both albums and none of them have this badass song." It's a YouTube comment but it's also from the time period. I don't see how the other album he's referring to (since he says "both albums) wouldn't be this EP, since there's only one other album from this band. Is this sufficient evidence?

Some weird modern, jazzy and djenty prog stuff. Really all over the place. Not convinced it's mostly metal aswell. Marking it red.

Probably, yes.
But I contacted the band and they confirmed they printed a run of 50 CD(r)s for the EP which might even be what that comment was referring to rather than a digital rip, but I dunno.
Either way, Stealth can submit this now.
