That compilation was actually a famine relief fund-raising campaign. There were quite a few like these in Germany around that time, most of em inspired by the British project Band Aid I guess. "Band für Afrika" for example. Looking at the info the Corroseum, those are all local bands from Sonthofen, Bavaria. So this is a German band.

Needs research. - Fatal Blessing
Location: Tampa, Florida, USA (not to be confused with Oklahoma, US band on the site)
Genre: Heavy/Thrash Metal
Band members: Sean McNennery (https://www.metal-archives.com/artists/ ... nney/10893 - guitars), Lloyd Scott Wallin (https://www.metal-archives.com/artists/ ... lin/880057 - guitars), Mike Browning(?) - drums (Morbid Angel, Nocturnus mentions jamming with them in an interview - may not have been a full-time member.)
Discography: Don't know whether or not they recorded a demo. Released a compilation track, "Weep for the Wicked" on "Tampa Metal Massacre" compilation (which doesn't seem to be anywhere online to reference). If they released a demo, they should be added to the site.
Reference links: https://www.reverbnation.com/lucidsymbolicdream/songs - see songs at the bottom of the page. "Weep for the Wicked" is from the compilation mentioned above. The songs "Alter Reality/Onslaught" and "Ramses II" might be part of a demo release that they did, but uncertain. I saw artwork by R.P. Roberts (https://www.metal-archives.com/artists/ ... rts/159729) for this band a while ago, on a MySpace page that he had - looked like a demo cover. Can't find the page anymore, though.
- Interviewed in Ripping Headaches zine #7, 1989 - possibly mention something about release(s) in it.
- Guitarist Lloyd "Scott" Wallin's Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/scott.wallin.58
- More details on Lloyd Wallin linkedin site: https://www.linkedin.com/in/lloyd-wallin-b6787535
- Mentioned here a few times: https://eve-l-dewer.angelfire.com/review001.html
- Logo here on a 1988 flyer: http://metallipromo.com/obituary.html
- Mentioned in Mike Browning interview: https://www.metal-rules.com/2007/09/23/ ... angel-etc/

Good to know. Updated the post to reflect the correct location and added a disambiguation to prevent confusion with the other band from Dortmund.

Akihiko Suwa - Drums
Kei Ishii - Guitars
Masao Fujii - Guitars
Kiichi Inada - Vocals

BTW I think its just a s/t demo. 'Heavy Metal Force' is just the logo Explosion sticks on all of its Metal tapes at that time e.g. https://www.metal-archives.com/albums/L ... ._1/461182

Never found any samples though, unfortunately.

Regarding Savoirfaire, the Rusted Metal book has information on a band called Savoir Faire from Portland, Oregon, listed genre:Heavy Metal. I'm not sure if it's the same band at the Discogs link, or not. The book says that they formed in 1989 and released a self-titled 4-song demo in 1990, including a Queen cover of "Killer Queen". It might just be a coincidence, but the '89 demo at the Discogs link starts with a song called "Stone Cold" (maybe a cover of "Stone Cold Crazy"?), and the authors may not have known about the '89 release. The band members listed for the Portland, Oregon band are Nathan Reynolds (vocals), Patrick LeFebvre (guitars), Mark Todd (bass), Billy Joe Snook (drums).

Witcher wrote:
Regarding Savior Fair: I have found a page of Mark Larue Todd, a bassist from Portlan, Oregon, at Fandalism. He played in ddiverse rock bands during the eighties and although I am not entirely sure, it could be also a member of Savoir Faire:

- Azmodes bought the tape, confirmed to be heavy metal. It isn't the Oregon band, so will make a new entry for them here.

I've checked the Lithuanian band Kvadratas and they make some sort of heavy metal with progressive rock elements.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HoucNfJ1chI

Their music has been released on CD and reel-to-reel:
https://www.discogs.com/artist/3760520-Kvadratas

May I add them?

Heheh okk but I don't think I'll add them, thanks. After a closer listen, I've come to believe they sound more like progressive rock. If a mod sees enough heavy metal riffs, they can add them, but I won't. The research is done so there's no need to add them to the list.

You can also listen to their second, 2018 album here:
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCHPSpV ... VaA/videos
It's mostly rock I'd say.

Location: Seattle, Washington
Activity period: 1986-1989
Members: John DeVol (guitars - https://www.metal-archives.com/artists/ ... 11942), Jeffrey McCormack (drums - https://www.metal-archives.com/artists/ ... 13246), Dennis Quintella (bass), Terry Tandeski (vocals - was also in Alliance with Sanctuary founder Lenny Rutledge, 1982-1983)
Rusted Metal book states that they recorded a demo and shopped it around. Despite having members in a lot of other bands on the site (some of which are great bands), I'd like to find audio samples to make sure that it is musically acceptable.

Regarding Unusual: I talked to their former manager Philip van Steenbergen. The cassette on Discogs is a promo version of their second tape. A standard/regular version of it also exists. He said that the production of their first tape was better. The band was from Oud-Turnhout, Antwerp, Belgium. I heard a short clip, and they seem to play a crossover style. They played shows with Excel and Agnostic Front while they were around. Band lineup: Jan (Vocals), Paul (Rhythm Guitar), Alex (Bass), Danny (Drums), Geert (Lead Guitar). It sounds like he's going to digitize some of their music, and I can see if they should be added here or not.

That does not sound very metal to me.

The band is nineteen years old, while the musicians have an average age of 1.5 years.
Yeah, nothing better than professional reviewing.

Thanks, Witcher. I took a look at them and it seems they referred a lot to the quality of the music and didn't talk much about the actual style that they play. Underground Empire is a great resource in general, though. They've brought out tons of obscure information about older bands and are very accurate in their facts.

Regarding Sentinela: I found the Facebook page of their vocalistFereirra jr. His brother A. Filho played apparently also guitar in Sentinela. He lists Stryper vocalist Michael Sweet among hïnspiratios on Facebook, sot it must be surely him. Please, since I don't have Facebook, could someone (at best Paganiusi   ) contact him anand ask about the physical release of the Seu Destino album on Cd? Thanks.
