Not much information that I could find on this one, but apparently they are a band from Germany that has released one album. I heard a song from this and it sounded promising, but I have not been able to locate a download or stream for the album.

Thanks for the tip on the band Torrent.

Needs research. - Bird
Location: Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands
Genre: Heavy Metal
Band members: Looks to be a solo project of Remy Vogel (now playing in Far Above the Moon, Gipsy Birds), but here are the listed credits from compilation liner notes: Remy Vogel (guitars, bass, keyboards), Frank Leurs (vocals - was also in Exises https://www.metal-archives.com/artists/ ... eurs/95972), Hein Macnack (vocals), Dinah, Juul, Nel (vocals), Branco Peters (keyboards)
Discography: - compilation appearance on "Metaltrax Vol. II" CD (1994, PMF Records) w/ the songs "Rock & Roll Addiction", "Gettin' Out" - songs on the 3 installments of this compilation supposedly all come from demos. Addition of this band could be as simple as getting a confirmation via Facebook from Remy that there was a demo released. Any further detail like a full track list, artwork, etc. would be great to find out as well.
Audio samples of the 2 songs (Heavy Metal): https://www.muziekweb.nl/en/Link/JK7263 ... -Metaltrax
Facebook page of Remy: https://www.facebook.com/remy.vogel.9 (have sent a message inquiring)

Needs research. - Godspeed
Location: Castricum, North Holland, Netherlands
Genre: Thrash Metal/Crossover
Band members: Ramses Born (guitars), Vasilis (vocals), Jore (guitars), Finus (bass), Marcel (drums)
Discography - unknown; only 2 songs known currently are "Infected Hand" and "You Stink" on Metaltrax III (1994 compilation CD). Good sound production, likely came from a self-produced demo. 'Infected' is good thrash metal, 'You Stink' more punk/crossover.
Discogs link w/YouTube videos for both songs on the page: https://www.discogs.com/artist/353984-Godspeed-4

I just went through this and I don't think this is going to fly. Sounded like -core with random metal influences thrown in. The song I originally found was one of the only constantly metallic ones in my opinion. If someone else feels differently, feel free to submit the band, but I'd say this should be struck from the list now.

Needs research. - Scarecrows
Location: Kiel, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany
Genre: Groove/Power/Speed/Thrash Metal
Band members: Nico (guitar), Marco (guitar), Andreas (drums), Kissi (bass, vocals)
Discography: "Volume 1" demo 1992 (cassette) - part of the image on the tape's cover art says 'Thrash-Punk-Metal-Crossover'
- Information from the Corroseum. Would like to find samples of their music to make sure that groove and punk influences aren't too prominent in their sound before adding.

(thanks for the last couple of tips, Witcher).

Added. - Steelyard
Spoiler: show
Location: Marburg, Germany
Listed genre: Heavy Metal
Band members: Jochen Spengler (keyboards, vocals), Gerald Schwarz (guitar), Beasley Brössel (guitar), Markus Sellmann (bass), Stefan Heuser (drums)
Discography: "1982" LP (Snake Records)
- There are some good reviews online, like this one at Metalpage: https://thecorroseum.org/rev/steelyard-1982.php - another says that the record sounds more like a release from 1985 than 1982 and that they were a little bit ahead of their time, have a unique sound, and that they bring to mind Heavy Load. The record is fairly expensive, unfortunately and I couldn't find any samples online.

Searching for audio samples of the 7". The compilation track is a little bit inconclusive on whether they are primarily a metal band.

DDifferent band than the No Mercy from Hochmössingen, this band released a demo tape in 1984. The only lnown track name is " Out Of Control".
I need proof of physical release and also possible more samples
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EYv9XYvIZYIy
Update: I found a scan of a review of the demo from the German fanzine Chainsaw Rock and two songs from the demo. I however neeed the full demo or the misssing two songs.
https://heavymetalrarities.com/forum/vi ... 19&t=20283
Ineed namely the songs "Ready For The ACtion" and "Deep In Your Heart" , the second one is most likely a ballad.

No mercy were added, so they can be removed from the list:
https://www.metal-archives.com/bands/No ... 3540485413
The album by Kontingent for evalution has also been found, so the band can be revoed from the list , too.

Sorry, Witcher - didn't realize that No Mercy was on the research list. Can delete and let you submit, move info to your submission if you'd like - send a PM or response here if you'd like credit for the addition.

Needs research. - Rampage
Location: San Diego, California, US
Genre: Heavy Metal?
Band members unknown
- Sometime last year this band had 3 original demo tapes listed on eBay. It doesn't show up in searching 'completed listings' anymore, and wasn't archived at BetteronTape.com. The information that I made note of besides the city was that they had been released between 1989-1991, and names of a few songs were "Long Cold Winter," "Fear the Fire," "Gruesome Discovery."

Archangel are still valid to add. Even if the tracks are the same recording material, the Archangel tape has songs that aren't on the Zadox one (telling from the review years, however, it looks like Archangel came first). A possible connection should be noted in the additional notes for both bands, not sure if we can just assume it was a name change without additional info.

Hi again guys. I've been trying to find the full length from this band entitled Soulburner from 2019. It doesn't seem to be available anywhere and I couldn't find a download. There is a music video for one of the songs on the album and it sounded promising. I've listened to some of the band's other material on spotify and, while there are metal moments, a lot of them are mostly -core type chugging. This song made it seem more riff focused than the other stuff.

The song:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s8OgQ1nKezs&t=20s

The album:
https://www.discogs.com/A-Ghost-of-Flar ... e/13906077

The rest of their stuff:
https://open.spotify.com/artist/0EEhMPS ... -wrlsLJtbg

This was evaluated by PaganiusI. It's not predominately metal so this can be struck from the list now.

Apologies, if it's not the correct thread to ask this question.

There's a digital album by the band Vomicide circulating on digital platforms:

https://www.deezer.com/de/album/140343542?autoplay=true
https://music.apple.com/us/album/waters ... 1506616462

It is also on YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hEdLpSEhtrk - posted by some usual user; the info says the band is from Germany, though that's doubtful.

There's Vomicide on the site, from UK:
https://www.metal-archives.com/bands/Vomicide/75809

But first - they have changed name (according to the site info), and haven't been active for almost 15 years. However, Mike Wilson is listed as the band member, and then there's another site, with the tracks of the above mentioned album:

https://soundcloud.com/mark-wilson-174

Some of the hashtags next to the tracks - #2006, #sunderland. Ah, seems some early tracks are included in the "Waters of Serenity" as well.

Not sure if the album belongs to the same Vomicide though, or needs more reaseard for being added as the separate band?

Regarding Vomicide, the digital release looks to belong to the same band. Mark Wilson is one of the members of the UK band listed on the site, and the songs "Ringmaster of Wolves" and "Regaining What Turned to Dust" from the digital release are listed in the site band's discography (one song off of each release). Despite not being active for several years, it could be a collection of recordings, or unreleased recording from when they were active, now released digitally.

Added. - Reve Creme
Spoiler: show
Location: Saint-Étienne, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France
Discography: "Maquette" demo (Aug/Sept '87; 6 songs, including "Arme fatale", "Serie noire", "Triste amour")
- Favorably reviewed in L'ame de Fond 'zine #8/9. The main thing that stood out is that the reviewer mentioned that this band could be capable of taking the place of the then recently-defunct Sortilège - unclear if that means in terms of quality or style. They're also featured in issue #7 with a band photo, and info that they formed in 1981.
