Wretched Whore- the demo is now on discogs, it's listed as hard rock/heavy metal, I would myself be inclined to consider this glam/hard rock, in ragards to the band name and song titles:
https://www.discogs.com/Wretched-Whore- ... e/12801145
Dresden Style- Found it on HMR forums, but I'm rather sceptical towards it, since it's listed as punk/hard rock/metal. Maybe a mod shuld check this demo out:
https://heavymetalrarities.com/forum/vi ... 19&t=11967

- (Spooky): Thanks, these are updated. I found a sample and a review on Dresden Style (the HMR link was dead) - crossing them off as well. As for Wretched Whore, it looks like glam/rock.

From the secnd list:
Spoiler: show
Regarding Midnight Blue-: One of the demos is from the British hard rock band with doogie white on vocals. The other could be from the British sythpop band Midnight Blue, which was active during the eighties. I know only of the only heavy band Midnight Blue with Doogie on vocals, so there certanly does not seem to be antoher metal called Midnight Blue:
https://heavyharmonies.com/cgi-bin/band ... ndNum=2981
There is even the British county vocalist CaClaudia Scott in the list, which should be removed as well, so wverything is possible.
No Excuse:
https://www.metal-archives.com/bands/No_Excuse/90251
Regarding Ferrari: Ferrari is a hard rock band with Oni Logan on vocals:
https://aornightdrive.blogspot.com/search/label/Ferrari
I personally think, that the second one could be the solo project by Kell guitarist Marc Ferrari.
Cosmic zoo - hard rock with ex- Shotgun Messiah member

Genre: Heavy Metal
Band members: Jörgen Lundqvist - Vocals, Guitar, Leif Nyström - Guitar, Bass, Per Wincent - Guitar, Göran Lidström - Bass, Robert Nyström - Drums

Winterhook - Demo '86

rRegarding From Nothing: Could a momodrator please listn to thei demo? It's namely mosttly grunge/alt rock in my opinion and not metal. The first song starts with a groove metal riffs, but it quckly turns to grunge with some groove influnces, the second song sounds like a combiantion of Plear Jam and Weezer and the last song is an acoustic ballad. Full demo here:

The Rough Edge song is great. A couple of links that could be helpful regarding them:
Bryan Clarke (ReverbNation) - https://www.reverbnation.com/bryanclarke (one of its members, with Rough Edge songs featured here)
Don Gosling (Facebook) - https://www.facebook.com/MasterOfTheProject/ (played in Rough Edge - didn't look much to make certain it is the same band. Maybe could be asked if they released a demo if he was from the same Rough Edge)
Here's a link to the report that was mentioned above. This same visitor has also offered very helpful reports about other NWOBHM bands, and so far has offered completely legitimate information:
https://www.metal-archives.com/report/view/id/755728

The band From Nothing has been black listed and crossed off the list. The second song is kind of (bad) metal, and the first and third are more rock.

could you have a look at the Rough Edge report we both cited above? can they be added with 3 songs and a testimony by a member about the demos?

A testimony by a band member would be enough proof - musically I think they're good NWOBHM/Hard Rock based on the 3 songs, but could use another opinion or two just to be sure (as one of the songs is getting further into standard rock territory).

Added. - Hellish
Spoiler: show
Location: Imola (Bologna), Emilia-Romagna, Italy
Genre: Black/Death/Gothic Metal (?)
Band members: Michele Minganti (drums), David Rugiero (guitars), Francesco Pastore (guitars), Luca Cavina (vocals, bass)
- This was a pre-Mourn in Silence band (https://www.metal-archives.com/bands/Mourn_in_Silence/13476) - not to be confused with Hellish from Italy that are currently on Metal Archives. Only vocalist/bassist Luca Cavina didn't continue on under their new name. They were on a compilation CD titled "Screams from Italy Vol. IV" (1998), which features biographies on all of the bands that are on it. Per the bio, the song that they contributed, "Change of Season" came from their 1996 self-produced demo tape, "Born Alone."

The main list contains more than 500 bands... impressive.
A campaign, every year, asking an effort to all the MA users with the involvement of zines, journalists, radios etc. etc. (a mail to all the possible sources with the link to the main list asking help to make this encyclopedia greater) can be an operation with a big impact.
This last thing can be done by a group of us, interested in the most obscure bands of the past (if you are interested i can start to share a big list with email addresses and contact form links of zines, radios etc. probably not all active but this is not so important and you can contribute adding others).

I got a digital copy of the DRP mini-LP, and it is really crappy punk/metal. Crossing off of the list.
