TMG Prophecy of Ukraine should be spelled 'PROSPHESY' according to the guide.

So, regarding the Belgian Downward, it's a project from Humanity Defiled. The music of Downward though, is listed on Humanity Defiled's bandcamp (and consequently the MA page). It's also linked on the Downward website. Should this constitute the band's own page on MA?

Nosferatu (Ohio, US) were added today, and can be removed from the list. Thanks!

Symphonium (Norway) can also be removed (added recently), and so can Euthanasia (US - they're submitted with audio of the full demo that will determine whether or not they qualify).

Ice Field Kingdom: Archived site doesn't give me much to work with. These two listings however mention that at least two albums were on disc. Need to translate it to find this info though.

https://www.darkside.ru/album/24801/
https://web.archive.org/web/20100515181 ... m.ucoz.ru/

Impact: Looks to be the same HC band. The demo is in full on youtube (you can find it through the discogs page). Has metal moments, might be worth submitting, but I'd like another opinion. There's still a lot of core in this.
https://www.discogs.com/release/5420473 ... otape-1995

In The Name Of: According to this forum post, you could download the entire album from myspace. No archive page though, so we'd have to rely on TMG description of metalness.
https://www.spin.de/forum/515/-/a52f?page=10
https://metalarea.org/forum/index.php?s ... Of+Control

Infected Noize: Split is official, listed in the band's discography on VK. Forum post mentions a CD.

Inquisitor:
https://metalarea.org/forum/index.php?s ... INQUISITOR

Interfectum: Full EP was available for download from band site. Will submit.
https://web.archive.org/web/20131128204 ... .hyves.nl/

Internal Perdition: Can probably be removed for lack of VR. Streaming only on bandcamp.

Inveigh: All the tracks are on soundcloud and can be downloaded. Probably enough to submit.
https://soundcloud.com/thedahm/sets/one_down

Izjoga: This is a weird one because TMG tries to translate some russian characters into standard ones. This band is also known as 'Изжога', and the album 'Жить стало лучше, стало веселей' is on youtube in its entirety. Was released on CD. Will submit.

Update: The public list is now hosted on a dedicated webserver, which means that I no longer need to push any HTMLs to Github, which in turn means that all updates to the database are now immediately visible.

The new URL is https://azmodes.w0rmhive.at:59164/

I may look into adding a form for adding entries for you guys.

Last Known Lineup:
Rubén - Drums (Dramatica)
Borja Díaz - Keyboards (Dramatica)
Nico - Guitars
Aroa Martín - Vocals, Acoustic Guitars (Khael, Stravaganzza)

Released a demo called "Musique" in 2005. It was recorded at VRS Studios in Madrid.

In need of both proof of metalness and VR.

Needs research. - Tarot
Location: Tordesillas, Castile and León, Spain
Genre: Heavy Metal
Active ~1989-2000
Last Known lineup:
Manuel Tapia - Guitars, Vocals (ex-Defektos Especiales, later in Asgard Warriors)
Pedro L. Prieto - Drums (later in Asgard Warriors)
David Rubio "Merlín" (R.I.P.) - Bass, Vocals (backing)
Pedro L. Alonso "Ronny" - Guitars

Former members:
Miguel A. Galván - Drums
Pedro Pérez - Drums

Links:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A0TuQ0VUW4c
https://www.valladolidwebmusical.org/bandas/Tarot.htm

Said to have released 4 demos:
- "Ven aquí"
- "Desde que te fuiste"
- "Donde pretendes llegar"
- Apuesta fuerte (old + new tracks)

Assuming the second source is right, the last one is dated in 1994. The band sounds like straight Heavy Metal in the 2000 gig, but I could have changed a lot since 1994. More solid proofs of VR and metalness are needed.

Needs research. - Hbio
Location: Amurrio, Basque Country, Spain
Genre: Heavy/Groove/Thrash Metal
Active: 1999~2003. Reunited in 2004 under the name "Izatefaltsua" and changed their style to Nu-metal.
Last Known lineup:
Rubén García "Sagu" - Drums
Koldo Gabiña - Guitars, Vocals
Gaizka Muñoz - Guitars
Lander Abascal - Bass

Former members:
Andoni Vera - Guitars

The band released 2 demos (both recorded with the last lineup):
Demo: Altxamendua (2001)
1. Altxamendua (04:19)
2. Lur barneko indarra (03:24)
3. Hator hator (01:50)
4. Argi izpiaren beharra (04:15)
5. Iparraldeko gizonak (05:09)

Demo: Garunak txikitzen (DDT Records, June 2002)
Recorded in April 2002 by Sergio Jimeno amd Gorka Jaen
Gorka Urbizu (Berri Txarrak) guest on track 1.
1. Eskuetan extanda
2. Garunak txikitzen
3. Argi izpiaren beharra
4. Nortasunik gabeko aberatsak
5. Iparraldeko gizonak

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zE2-wRc4WTk

At least the 2nd demo was released as CD, according to the second link. The only audio available is from a song not in any of the demos. I need more samples.

Added. - Basaki
Spoiler: show
Location: Leioa, Basque Country, Spain
Genre: Thrash Metal? (early), Alternative Rock/Nu-metal (later)
Active: since 1996. Still active.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J1HKVsAzFHc
https://open.spotify.com/artist/0vf1QmGF2pPCD1NhfPRwqm

Their first demo-CD, released in 2000 might be metal. Their next releases ("Zain", "Egunero Hasten Da" and "III") are more Alternative Rock/Nu-metal. In need of more audio files.

Needs research. - Susmo
Location: Basque Country, Spain
Genre: Unknown. Reviews describe their demo using the terms hard rock, thrash and punkcore.

Links:

Released a demo in 2001. Need samples and a proof of VR.

Needs research. - Pierce
Location: Japan
Genre: Heavy Metal/Hard Rock (early), Nu-Metal (later)
Active: Active

I think this should be an acceptable band, but there's not enough info out there on them, or at least it's too spotty. This one was active in the mid 80s, got at least one feature of some kind in the prominent Rockin'f metal magazine Japan had back in the day, but I don't know which edition (I have a band photo that seems to be from one of those magazines), I'm hoping for direct mention in said magazine of the 5-track demo that I've linked audio for down below (the first link). There's at least the one demo tape, but I don't have cover art or a year for it.

The band reunited at some point modern-day and released a full-length which was unfortunately nu-metal, which earned them a spot on the blacklist. I'm focusing on their 80s era, which is entirely different and sounds like something pretty easily acceptable.

They have a physically released live-album of 1984 audio, containing an array of songs included below in both the demo audio (first link) as well as from another live performance from 1983 (second link), but I haven't actually heard it to verify if it qualifies.

Criticism (Michigan, US) can be removed. Two-piece band that did a recording, but have no official releases.

Seems like moniker 'the' is giving me some trouble when searching for topic. I didn't get any results when using band's whole name but got this same post as a result when using only 'Deeps Beyond'. Will watch out for this in the future.

Yep, that's a minor change and no new page is needed.

If someone wants to take over on where I've been checking for bands daily for the past few years (I'm working more hours now, and don't have time to keep up with it any longer) - a lot of unlisted bands will be able to be found on these sites and with the following specific searches:

DISCOGS -
https://www.discogs.com/
Go to 'explore', 'explore all', style 'all', 'heavy metal'. Change sort from 'trending' to 'latest additions'. Then the results will show what heavy metal has been added most recently. The genres that I had been checking are: heavy metal, thrash (then 'x' off heavy metal), speed metal (then 'x' off thrash, etc. repeat with other subgenres), power metal, progressive metal, death metal, black metal, doom.

EBAY -
https://www.ebay.com/
The searches that I've been doing are "metal demo", "thrash demo", "rare metal cassette", "rare metal tape" (then change sort: best match to sort: newly listed). The reason that I search for demos specifically is that a lot of albums and EPs are already present on the site, and it's the best way to get to the real underground stuff.
This seller has been listing a lot of very rare stuff lately: https://www.ebay.com/str/riverratcollectibles
Demogod has been regularly posting extremely rare stuff for years: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_ssn=de ... me=demogod (he includes photos of the j-cards with release credits, which have been very useful to the site. He has a TikTok page where audio samples of auctioned tapes are sometimes posted: https://www.tiktok.com/@demograils )
- note: other countries have their own separate listings of eBay items, and checking ebay.it and ebay.uk, for example, can turn up different results.

THE CORROSEUM -
https://thecorroseum.org/
These are the categories that I had been checking on daily for updates: 'Reviews' (not updated often), 'Compilations' (not updated often), 'Fanzines' (updated about once a month, and when the updates come there will be like 12 new 'zines to read through), 'The Heavy Metal Mania' (German metal from '70s/'80s exclusively. Updated more often than most of the other categories. Sometimes has daily updates, and at times will go weeks without), 'Ye Olde Obscure North-American Heavy Metal 7-Inch Guide' (not updated often), 'Hellenic Steel' (had been at a dead stop for a year or more, but has begun having occasional updates), and the forum. The fanzine and The Heavy Metal Mania parts particularly are goldmines for unlisted bands, and additional information on listed bands.

HEAVY METAL RARITIES FORUM -
https://heavymetalrarities.com/forum (I'd been checking 'downloads' in the top tab, to see what the most recent ones are. Also, looking in 'requests' you can find some rare stuff, even if the music isn't fully available yet. 'Streams' / 'streaming zone' used to have updates regularly, but lately has been inactive as far as newly-posted releases go.)

FACEBOOK GROUPS / PAGES -
https://www.facebook.com/groups/700641233290282
https://www.facebook.com/groups/italianmetalheroes
https://www.facebook.com/groups/LIHMH
https://www.facebook.com/groups/1420295447980665
https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100063443966256

YouTube channels:
https://www.youtube.com/@norwegian_obscurity
https://www.youtube.com/@heavymetalofeasternbloc (note: pictures used here often aren't for the actual release, but it is a good way to find bands and rare recordings, and look into them from that point)
- I had also been running two weekly searches on YouTube, "metal demo" and "thrash demo", and then change filter to "this week." In addition to old releases that people upload with j-cards, things that have been recently added to digital platforms are often uploaded to YouTube as well with a noted copyright of a very recent date, and can then be looked for on the most common digital platforms, Spotify, Apple Music, and Deezer. Being so recently added, they sometimes won't appear there in a Google search yet, but can be found on a search within the platform:
https://open.spotify.com

Looking at the most recent things for sale/pre-orders on Sonic Age Records is also good for finding bands and adding new versions:
https://www.sonicagerecords.com

Haven't checked any of these for the last 4 days, so likely Discogs and eBay, if not other resources listed above will already have something to be found.

Cheers.

Should not 'Hellslaughter' be removed for lack of VR? I don't believe they put anything else out besides the plagiarized material.

They were listed on the site previously but were nuked 'cause it was unsure whether or not it was released physically by my guess. May be good to confirm if I'm getting this right.

Sure, "palit mo sa ilang EP tag 80php ra. kontaka ning numeroha or pwede sad inyo i-txtmate 09279948808"
"buy their EP for only 80php. contact this number or you can also txtmate 09279948808"
