Regarding Abduction (Connecticut, US), members Chris and John S. have a 1987 entry in the Copyright encyclopedia for something called "Touched by Love" (unclear what band it is if named; could just be a song that they had copyrighted.) Joe Nogaro was also involved with that song (possible, but far from certain that it could be Abduction member "Sharky"). Are you sure that John Valenti of New York band Masada is the same person in Abduction? It's a fairly common name. Unless specific information was found, seems just as likely it could be the person with that name that recorded 2 documented New York band's albums on the Archives at Millbrook Studio, which may be the same person who'd played in Masada, or someone entirely different.

To be honest I'm not sure and if that's a burden, feel free to edit the original post. While searching for possible matches in site's artist data, I usually focus on active years, band's locations and sometimes on their instruments. And yeah, during my research I've made a couple of decisions to not link artist's MA profile 'cause I'm unsure whether or not he's the artist in question. In this case it seems I've trusted too much in the fact he played in Masada in early 90s and made too quick conclusions.

I started attending gigs by accident, I didn't know something like that existed, in fact, the first band I saw was Pyosisified and from then on. Nobody told me what it was about, and over time, I realized that it was the first generation of extreme metal here in Tijuana. Then, the second generation arrives, which is where I come in with a project that was Thanatology, in addition to Diabolosis, Diable Vesta Mortar and a couple of bands that didn't go beyond two shows."
- Another thing to note, there was a video on YouTube (now removed) for what was listed as being Diable Besta Morta "Muerte en el Infierno (Demo Completo 1986)". There was professional-looking (possibly fan-made or fan-uploaded/unrelated) artwork featured in the video, but nothing to prove a release. The music was metal, though, and they're active in the research list. Moderator Opsius Cato inquired to the uploader through comments about it at the time, and there was a response, but I'm not sure what was found out. Perhaps in that upload the year was off and band name had 2 slight spelling errors ('Besta' instead of 'Vesta', and 'Morta' instead of 'Mortar'), but the audio had been of this tape(?) He might know or remember something about it.
