Sickened (Springfield, Missouri) "Promo '99" cassette is the same recording that got re-released under the name Apnea ( https://www.metal-archives.com/albums/A ... nea/295382 ), by which point lead vocalist/2nd guitarist Cody Legg had separated from the band and is credited with "additional guitars/vocals" on the Apnea version of the tape. There's no indication that he was ever a member in Apnea, but he was in Sickened.

A quick tip for discogs entries: if you click on the add video button, I've found that's the best way for a quick youtube search of the music. For more generic band and album titles, this won't work well, same for bands with nothing on youtube, naturally. Doesn't hurt to try though; I've found samples for several bands in this thread just by doing that.

Didn't know about that: thanks for telling me. Usually I try searching in Google with band's and album's name and post it in 'to be submitted' thread if all required information is available. And what comes to Mechanical Soul - I was available to find samples via Google by using song titles instead.

The only doubt is about the music, but averywhere is labeled as Black Metal/Atmospheric Black Metal, so we can be quite sure about the legitimate of the music, plus on their Instagram page you can listen to a short preview of the demo and it's clearly BM.
