Yes, it's a 'promo' tape. But, as I think Azmodes pointed out a few posts back, that doesn't automatically mean its invalid. In the Japanese context (particularly for Visual Kei bands, as this one is) it usually means its a 'distribution demo'. Given away as a bonus to fans who bought tickets for a specific event.
