I messaged Under Culture Nepal on Facebook about more information about the release. The streaming YouTube link uploader.

Responded back in what seems to be broken English: "That was just a demo record released on 2004. I guess they never made the CDs of those records.. i struggled really hard to collect those records and band information."

https://ibb.co/0frhFW9

So currently it seems there is no VR proof. I guess they only recorded.

Possibly enough for submission - tape is shown in image, but it's not very clear. A little bit more detail would help a lot. If it is enough, feel free to submit, though.

Tried to contact Satur, but he never replied, might just not speak English, no idea.

Anyway, the band apparently released a demo in 2009 called "A Dark Chronicle":
1. Night in Dunwich
2. Yule Horror
3. Asenath Waite
4. R´lyeh

From this band I found:
- A studio sample (Yule Horror): https://youtu.be/YXQn1WTI1MA
- Facebook (it only contains a pic of the band): https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100067808160403

It appears to be a digital-only release.

This 'HOD Presents' Bandcamp page might be worth looking through for unlisted bands. They don't seem to be official digital releases, but could be worth looking into them from here if the music is metal and they aren't on the site already:

Metal Warriors: Should be removed. Discogs submission notes mentions it was distributed among friends only.

Metalstorm: Submission notes mentions "Pressed on 50 copies for advance reasons." Wouldn't this disqualify VR?

Blood Mercifier: According to the discogs notes, "This isnt a death metal album, its pretty much all ambient with growled death metal vocals or whispered vocals and a couple straight death metal parts. Thats why its not on Metal Archives as its mainly an ambient album. He changed to Ambient with Black Metal elements instead of Death Metal elements after this and changed names to Batheethyim, but didnt make an actual Metal album under that name until 1999". Not sure if worth keeping.

Kryatos: Someone in the sub notes claims the tape is a "fantasy release".

- Not out of the realm of possibility, but being that some of the listed musicians went on to other bands from the same area I'd sooner believe the person that left the comment is some dipshit frustrated about not being able to find another reference to Kryatos on the net. There is a ton of stuff out there still not documented online.
3 days ago I spent $100 (slightly less than what it usually goes for) on a book from the early/mid '90s that I think will contain a lot of info useful to the site. Of the information extracted from it by an owner on another forum, what is certain is that it includes many ultra-obscure demo-only bands, and a lot of info on each (members, etc.), on multiple occasions being the first reveal of certain information anywhere online (that checked out).

Needs research. - Renegade
Location: Gävle, Gävleborg, Sweden
Genre: Heavy Metal
pre- https://www.metal-archives.com/bands/Revenge/37853 band. They did a 4-song demo, "Waiting for the Dawn" in 1986. The songs were included on the Revenge "The Collection 1985-1992" (2006) CD. 3 of them (missing only "Wise Men") can be streamed here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yeBzlhd ... V6&index=1
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gxwegXI ... V6&index=2
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0hz9VCD ... V6&index=3
FWOSHM site: https://www.fwoshm.com/index/R/1595-renegade-swe--gvle
Interview in Swedish language (maybe they talk about demo distribution here) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SERPysxx85Q
- seeking distribution details on the demo, unless "The Collection" - released under the name Revenge - counts, and if possible hearing the song "Wise Men", or "Wiseman" (title differs at 2 different sources), since one of the 3 available for streaming is a ballad. The other 2 are metal.

Good find, but it is a different band. That one is from Long Island, not metal (full release on YouTube), and the one on the list is metal and from Binghamton.

Yes, same band. Very good work! 3 of the members later played in (and 2 might still be active in) Arlington, Texas band https://www.reverbnation.com/cowtownsyndrome
Prophets of Thunder lineup, from the CD booklet:
Jerry Socin (guitars)
Brian Kunz (guitars)
Bruce Perkins (drums)
Benjamin Stover (bass)
Thomus Marchi (vocals - first name misspelled?)

Member mentioned to have played in the band on the Cowtown Syndrome page, but isn't credited on that CD: Mark Lang.
Though its most recent post was in October 2018, Mark and Brian were in the last-known lineup of Cowtown Syndrome and might be able to be contacted on the FB page about acquiring audio: https://www.facebook.com/CowtownSyndrome/

The old Prophets of Thunder website mentioned in the CD booklet can't be accessed on wayback machine.

Bought the Prophacy tape on eBay. Expect samples whenever that gets in.
