I humbly ask for clarification on the matter of "physical proof" of a band's release upon band submission. I just want to be clarified with this and I hope any respected and concerned individuals are willing to give me information on this.

Something that proves it's been printed/copied in physical form. A picture of the whole thing like this, rather than just an image of the artwork:

Once you upload the picture of the album to the internet, post the url of the picture in the "additional notes" section of the submission form.

Do you mean in the additional notes upon adding an album?

I hope to hear what the moderators can say about my inqiury. They're the one accepting the submissions.

Example:

It can also be link to a distro carrying the album or to a review, which mentions that it was released as CD, CD-R or tape.
Physical release - you can hold it in your hand, so no soundfiles, mp3 only and the like.

I'll try that thing the next time around. I've submitted another band before this thread and I hope a link with a discography and tracklist would be enough.
